- Low copay prescription medications through a tiered formulary structure
The Platinum Core Plan blends the benefits of Silver Core and Gold Core for complete, coordinated care.
Enjoy $0 co-pay virtual-first care including all the benefits provided by the Silver Core Plan and the traditional in-person care benefits and low co-pays included with the Gold Core Plan.
The Core Plus Plans build on the Gold Core Plan by adding a medical cost sharing layer for major medical events, such as hospitalization, emergency room visits, inpatient and outpatient surgery, and eligible maternity expenses.
Major-event sharing require a Deductible or Individual Unshared Amount (IUA) per Sharing Request. Members select their IUA from $1,250, $2,500, or $5,000.
Members are encouraged to use their Core Plan benefits for covered services before submitting medical expenses for sharing.
