You can find your RX card in two distinct locations.
- When you download the mediorbis mobile application and log in, you will be able to access your RX card.
- When you log into your kings health plan dashboard, you will see a button to view your RX card.
From your dashboard here, the RX card will populate in the top right corner of your screen when logged in. The status of your account will depend on whether or not you can actually see all of the needed information on the card. If your account does not say active, then you will see a pending icon in your RX card. This indicates the card is not yet ready to be used. You will receive an email with next steps throughout the process of activating your account.
Once active, you can begin using your RX card and it's full benefits right away.
