Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: June 19, 2026
Payouts are via PayPal to the payout email you set when enrolling. Program is two-tier with dependent bonuses (details below).

1) Overview

The KingsHealthPlan Affiliate Program (the "Program") rewards you for referring new paying members. By enrolling or participating, you agree to these Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms"), our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

2) Affiliate Payout Eligibility

Affiliate Members must maintain an active, fully paid monthly Health Plan for themselves in order to remain eligible for affiliate payouts. Failure to maintain the required Health Plan will result in automatic disenrollment from the affiliate program, and the forfeiture of all future affiliate payouts. Furthermore, any members for whom the disenrolled Affiliate Member was previously eligible to receive payouts will be reassigned to the Affiliate Member under whom they were originally recruited.

3) Payouts

  • Tier 1 (Direct referrals): You earn $10.00 per new member you directly refer.
  • Tier 2 (Indirect referrals): You earn $5.00 per new member referred by your Tier-1 referrals (two levels total; no further tiers).
  • Dependent bonus (all levels): For every new member, you also earn $5.00 for each dependent they add, regardless of whether the member is Tier-1 or Tier-2 for you.
  • No double-counting: A signup can generate Tier-1 or Tier-2 base commission for you, not both.

4) Referral Links & Attribution

  • Your link: You'll receive a unique referral link (e.g., /r/ABCD1234) that forwards to the site and sets a referral code.
  • Cookie window: Standard attribution uses a 30-day cookie. If a visitor signs up within 30 days on the same browser/device, credit is applied.
  • Last-touch model: If multiple codes are used, the most recent valid code typically receives credit. We may override attribution to correct fraud or errors.
  • Session de-dupe: Click counts are limited to once per code per session to reduce inflation.

5) Qualified Signups

  • Qualified member means a new, paying KingsHealthPlan member who completes enrollment and is not flagged for fraud or duplicate/self-referral.
  • Verification hold: Commissions generally pend until after a brief verification/chargeback window (e.g., up to 7–30 days). Canceled or refunded signups do not qualify.
  • Dependents: Dependent bonuses apply to dependents added at signup and may also apply to dependents added later if shown as "earned" in your dashboard.

6) Payment & Taxes

  • Method: Payouts are made via wire, or physical check. Alternative options are available when reaching out to support such as USDT (crypto) and ACH.
  • Schedule: Default payout schedule is Monthly, net-30, subject to change with notice.
  • Minimum: The default minimum payout threshold is $25 (balances roll over).
  • Tax forms: You are responsible for taxes. We may require a completed W-9 (U.S.) or W-8BEN (non-U.S.) before releasing payouts.
  • Account info: You're responsible for keeping your payout email accurate. Failed payments may be re-attempted or held.

7) Prohibited Conduct

  • Self-referrals, circular referrals, or referring people in your household/business for the purpose of earning commissions.
  • Misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims (e.g., presenting KingsHealthPlan as insurance or as a medical provider).
  • Spam, unsolicited commercial email without proper consent, or violations of CAN-SPAM/anti-spam laws.
  • Trademark/brand bidding on search engines, typosquatting, domain hijacking, or confusingly similar social handles.
  • Incentivized traffic that obscures genuine intent (e.g., paid to sign up) unless expressly approved in writing.
  • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake leads, bots, or any attempt to manipulate attribution or metrics.

8) Brand & Messaging

  • Use only approved brand assets and follow our style/claims guidance. You may describe KingsHealthPlan as a "membership-based virtual care plan," not insurance and not a medical provider.
  • You may not create offers, coupons, or pricing that we do not publish.

9) Adjustments, Clawbacks & Audit

  • We may adjust or reverse commissions for cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations.
  • We may audit traffic patterns, referral sources, and payout activity to ensure compliance.

10) Program Changes & Termination

  • We may change Program terms, rates, or eligibility with notice going forward. Material changes will be posted or emailed.
  • We may suspend or terminate participation for any violation or risk. You may leave the Program at any time.
  • Independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent, or partner of KingsHealthPlan.
  • Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability relating to the Program is limited to the amount of commissions paid to you in the prior 12 months.
  • Governing law & disputes. Governed by the laws of [Your State]. Disputes follow the process in our Terms of Service.

Appendix A — Payout Examples

Example: You directly refer 3 members (dependents: 2, 0, and 4). Two of your direct referrals each refer 1 member (dependents: 1 and 3).

  • Tier-1 base: 3 × $10.00 = $30.00
  • Tier-1 dependents: (2+0+4) × $5.00 = $30.00
  • Tier-2 base: 2 × $5.00 = $10.00
  • Tier-2 dependents: (1+3) × $5.00 = $20.00
Total commission: $90.00
Actual payouts depend on qualification and any verification holds/adjustments.
